Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Shoot Indoors KOP LLC does not issue refunds. All sales are final. This applies to every product and service we sell, whether purchased online at ShootIndoorsPhilly.com or in person, and whether or not the product or service was used. Section 4 of our Electronic Liability Release, Hold Harmless & Participation Agreement — the waiver every participant signs — states that all payments, sales, rentals, and classes are non-refundable for any reason.

No refunds, cash back, credits, or exchanges are issued for:

• range time, lane reservations, and range passes
• classes, courses, private instruction, and training packages
• memberships and membership dues, including unused months
• the Gold Safe Shooter Program and other program fees
• firearm rentals and rental packages
• ammunition, targets, and consumables — non-returnable under all circumstances for safety reasons
• eye and ear protection and safety equipment
• apparel, merchandise, and accessories
• gift cards and stored value
• event, private-party, and facility-rental bookings and deposits
• damage, prohibited ammunition, and biohazard cleanup fees assessed under the waiver

Missing a scheduled class, reservation, or appointment, arriving late, or choosing not to participate does not entitle you to a refund.

The One Exception: Class Rescheduling

We offer one limited accommodation for scheduled classes:

Call us at (484) 965-9638 at least one (1) full business day before your class start time, and we will move you into another available session of the same class at no extra charge.

• Telephone notice is required. Email, text, social media messages, and web forms do not qualify.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and days we are closed. For a Saturday 10:00 a.m. class, call by close of business Thursday.
• You receive a transfer of your class fee, not a refund. The replacement session must occur within ninety (90) days and is subject to availability.
• One reschedule per purchase. Missing the rescheduled session forfeits the full fee.
• Notice given less than one full business day before the class, or a no-show, forfeits the full fee.
• This exception applies to classes only — not to range time, memberships, programs, gift cards, retail goods, rentals, event bookings, or assessed fees.

When We Do Issue a Refund

The only circumstance in which we return money is when Shoot Indoors cancels. If we cancel a class or scheduled service, or cannot provide it due to instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, facility closure, or equipment failure, you may choose either a transfer to another available session or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled session.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only — not to a different card, to cash, or to a third party — and are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Assessed Fees Are Non-Refundable

Fees assessed under Section 4 of the waiver are non-refundable and must be paid before leaving the facility: $250 minimum for damage to the range or property plus actual repair cost (reducible to $10 per bullet for trolley strikes at management's discretion), $500 for firing armor-piercing, tracer, or incendiary ammunition, $100 plus damages for bird, buck, or pelletized ammunition, and $50 plus lost range revenue for biohazard cleanup. These are agreed administrative charges representing reasonable pre-estimates of cost, not penalties.

Equipment, Defects, and Warranties

Section 5 of the waiver provides that Shoot Indoors makes no express or implied warranties regarding the safety, reliability, or suitability of any firearm, ammunition, hearing or eye protection, or accessory. You are solely responsible for product selection and use, and rental firearms are accepted as-is.

For new, unused, non-firearm retail merchandise that is defective on delivery, notify us within seven (7) days of purchase with your receipt and we will repair, replace, or exchange it at our option. Items used, fired, altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Beyond this, products are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

All shooter/customers must confirm with their firearm's manufacturer as to what ammunition their firearm takes. They must also inspect all ammo and confirm that it is correct prior to using it in their firearm or leaving the store with it. Shoot Indoors KOP LLC takes no responsibility for ammunition or firearms.

We do not currently sell firearms or process firearm transfers.

Memberships

Membership dues are billed automatically and renew until cancelled. Dues already charged are non-refundable and are not prorated. To cancel, call (484) 965-9638 or send written notice at least thirty (30) days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; benefits continue through the end of the paid period. Membership privileges revoked for conduct or safety reasons are not refunded.

Waiver Requirement — No Refund for Non-Compliance

Every participant must execute the Electronic Liability Release, Hold Harmless & Participation Agreement, accessible through the "Complete Waiver" link on ShootIndoorsPhilly.com, before using the range or attending a class. First-time shooters must complete it online prior to check-in, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required at the range desk and held during the visit.

No refund or reschedule is issued — and fees are forfeited in full — if you:

• decline to execute the waiver or cannot present acceptable identification;
• do not meet the waiver's age and supervision requirements (minors must be at least 10 for a training class and at least 12 to shoot on the range with a guardian and without an instructor, under direct guardian supervision at all times);
• are not legally permitted to possess or handle a firearm under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or 18 Pa.C.S. § 6105;
• are under the influence of drugs (including THC) or alcohol;
• are a foreign national who cannot satisfy applicable ITAR and export control requirements;
• violate a range rule, Range Safety Officer directive, or the Customer Code of Conduct — the waiver provides that reckless or unsafe behavior results in immediate removal without refund; or
• provide firearms instruction without prior written authorization from management.

Staff may also bar participation by a minor based on physical size or mental or emotional maturity, and may deny or revoke range access where a counter operator, RSO, or manager has concerns about behavior, demeanor, or safety suitability. No refund is issued in those circumstances.

The waiver is incorporated into this Refund Policy by reference and operates independently of it. Nothing in the waiver creates a right to a refund, and nothing in this Refund Policy limits or modifies the waiver. Where the two address the same subject, the waiver controls.

Billing Questions and Chargebacks

Raise billing questions before you leave the facility. The waiver provides that billing questions or disputes must be raised directly with Shoot Indoors KOP LLC prior to leaving the premises, and that failure to do so constitutes acceptance of all charges. For online orders, call (484) 965-9638 promptly — most billing questions are resolved the same day. All bills must be paid before leaving the facility.

Under Section 17 of the waiver, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute for charges authorized under that agreement, and you acknowledge that doing so for services rendered, goods provided, or fees properly assessed constitutes a breach of contract. If you improperly initiate a chargeback, you agree to be responsible for the original transaction amount, any chargeback or dispute fees assessed to us, administrative costs of responding, and reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs where applicable.

You expressly authorize us to submit the waiver, audio and video recordings, transaction logs, and staff reports to financial institutions, card networks, or law enforcement as evidence in response to any dispute.

This does not purport to override any non-waivable right you hold under the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, or your card network's rules.

Your Acknowledgment

By completing checkout, you check a box confirming that you have read and accept this Refund Policy and that all sales are final. That acceptance is recorded with your order and is legally binding under the Pennsylvania Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.

Nothing in this Policy waives any right you hold under Pennsylvania or federal law that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Consistent with Section 18 of the waiver, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, except actions to compel arbitration, enforce an award, or where arbitration is not permitted by law, which shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. By executing the waiver you knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a trial by jury for any claim arising from that agreement.
