$1 registration reserves your seat for in-person Tier 0 and 100 Series classes. These classes are included for active members. Non-members pay $1 online toward the total price shown, with the remaining balance due at check-in before class. Membership and eligible guest benefits are verified at check-in. Other class prices are listed below. Ammunition is not included on live-fire classes unless noted.

Tier 0 — Gear & Gadgets Clinics

Members: $1 registration · Non-members: $35 total ($1 now, $34 at check-in) · No live fire · No prerequisites

Most people buy the wrong holster first, then buy two more before they get it right. This hour walks you through the real differences between inside-the-waistband, outside-the-waistband, appendix, and pocket carry, what makes a holster safe versus merely comfortable, and how body type and wardrobe change the answer. Bring the holster you're using now and we'll tell you honestly whether it's working.

Red dot or LPVO, where to mount it, what a co-witness sight actually does, and which accessories are worth your money versus which just add weight. We cover zeroing, light and sling selection, and how to set up a rifle for home defense versus range use without spending four figures on parts you don't need.

An honest look at armor: what the NIJ levels actually stop, the tradeoffs between soft and hard plates, carrier fit, and how to build a belt that works under stress instead of one that looks good in photos. Covers realistic use cases for civilians and what's overkill.

How handheld radios actually work, the difference between FRS, GMRS, and ham, what licensing each requires, and how to set up a simple family or group communication plan that still works when cell service doesn't. Practical setup, no jargon.

100 Series — Foundations

In-person classes: $1 registration · Included for members · Non-member totals below; remaining balance due at check-in · No prerequisites

The right first step if you're new to handguns or thinking about buying one. We cover the four universal safety rules, how a pistol actually works, revolver versus semi-auto, safe storage at home, and what Pennsylvania law requires of you as an owner. No live fire and no pressure — just the foundation everything else is built on.

Rifle fundamentals from the ground up: how modern sporting rifles function, ammunition and caliber basics, safe handling and storage, optics at an introductory level, and the legal considerations of rifle ownership in Pennsylvania. Available in the classroom or virtually if you'd rather start from home.

A working knife class, taught as a skill rather than a theory. You'll cover grip and stance, footwork and distance management, how an edged confrontation actually unfolds at contact range, targeting, drawing a folder or fixed blade under stress, and defending yourself when the blade is in the other person's hand. Training knives are provided, and we spend real time on the legal reality of using an edged weapon in Pennsylvania before you ever touch one.

The best first time on a range you can have. This NSSF-certified program covers the safety rules, safe handling, loading and unloading, range commands and etiquette, and the fundamentals of marksmanship — then puts you on a lane with an instructor beside you. Ammunition, eye and ear protection, and a handbook are included, and you'll leave with a $25 NSSF coupon to use on your next visit.

Curious about USPSA, IDPA, or steel matches but not sure how any of it works? We cover the major disciplines and their divisions, what gear you actually need to start, how scoring and stage procedure work, and what to expect at your first match so you can walk in without feeling lost.

A relaxed, judgment-free first night built for women, taught in a supportive environment where every question is a fair question. Covers safety fundamentals, how firearms work, what to consider if you're thinking about buying, and home storage — with no live fire and no one rushing you.

A fitness class with a purpose. Conditioning work paired with practical, physical self-defense fundamentals — striking, breaking a grip, creating distance, and getting away. No firearms involved, no experience needed, and you'll get a real workout.

A self-paced online foundation in emergency first aid you can work through on your own schedule. Covers assessment, bleeding control principles, and what to do in the minutes before help arrives.

Learn how OC spray actually performs, how to carry and deploy it, its real limitations, and the legal considerations of using it. Self-paced online.

200 Series — First Live Fire

$125 per class for members and non-members; NRA230: $149 · Ammo not included

Your first live-fire session with an instructor at your shoulder. We build grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control from scratch, then work through loading, unloading, and clearing a malfunction safely. Range time and instruction are included; ammunition is separate.

Live fire with a rifle, taught properly from the start. Covers safe handling and transport, shooting positions, sight and optic use, zeroing basics, and malfunction clearing, with an instructor working with you the whole session.

The full NRA concealed carry course, taught over a single day. You'll cover firearm safety and pistol nomenclature, defensive ammunition selection, drawing from concealment, holster use, loading and stoppage remediation, carry modes and concealment methods, mindset and responding to an attack, and maintenance — then shoot roughly 100 rounds in the live-fire portion. You'll leave with the NRA CCW completion certificate, the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting, and the Personal Protection Outside the Home handbook. Bring your own handgun and a quality holster.

Put match fundamentals into practice: drawing from a holster on a timer, transitioning between targets, reloading under pressure, and moving safely through a stage. Built to get you ready for your first real match without the intimidation.

The hands-on companion to the online first aid course. You'll physically apply tourniquets, pack wounds, and manage pressure on training aids until the movements are automatic, because reading about bleeding control is not the same as doing it.

Hands-on OC spray work: how to carry it so you can reach it, how to deploy it accurately under stress, and how to move away immediately afterward. Inert training canisters only.

Your first live fire in a room full of women who are also learning, taught by instructors who meet you where you are. Fundamentals, first shots on paper, and the confidence that comes from doing it — in an atmosphere that's more encouraging than intimidating.

300 Series — Dynamic Skills

$125 per class for members and non-members · Own handgun required · Ammo not included

Where static range shooting becomes usable skill. You'll work the draw from a holster, multiple shots on target, movement, reloads, and shooting from realistic positions rather than standing square to the target. Bring your own handgun.

Everything from Dynamic 1, now on a timer. Shot-to-shot speed, accuracy under pressure, target transitions, and reloads measured so you can see exactly where your performance actually sits. Bring your own handgun.

Most defensive encounters happen in poor light. This session covers handheld and weapon-mounted light technique, identifying a target before you commit, how your eyes actually behave in the dark, and shooting accurately with degraded vision. Bring your own handgun and a light if you have one.

What to do when a confrontation ends up on the ground. Protecting your head, escaping from underneath, controlling distance, defending a holstered firearm, and getting back to your feet. No live fire, no experience necessary.

The next step for women who've done their first live fire and want real skill. Drawing, movement, multiple targets, and shooting with intent — taught at a pace that builds confidence instead of testing it.

Gold Safe Shooter Track

$199 annual enrollment plus $125 per class · Members only · Own handgun · Instructor approval

Our top training designation, for members who want to be measurably good rather than just familiar. Enrollment gives you access to the Gold curriculum, performance standards to test against, and recognition as a Gold Safe Shooter when you complete the capstone.

The first graded step in the Gold track. You'll work against defined performance standards for accuracy and handling, with an instructor evaluating and correcting you throughout, so you know exactly where you stand and what to fix.

Gold standards under time pressure. Tighter accuracy requirements, timed strings, and pressure drills that separate people who can shoot from people who can shoot when it counts.

The Gold capstone. Scenario-based live fire that combines everything from the track — decision-making, movement, accuracy, and problem solving under pressure — and earns you the Gold Safe Shooter designation.
