Hi, it’s Tracy from Shoot Indoors, KOP. One of the questions we get asked a lot is, “What should I expect if I’m planning to come to the range?” There are some things you can do to prepare ahead of time before you come to the range.

  1. The most important one is to complete our waiver. It’s all electronic. It includes not only the liability waiver but also our range rules, which is incredibly important. You want to review those carefully before you visit any range. You’re going to find in their things like, bringing your firearm case in unloaded, finding out which kinds of firearms are acceptable, which kinds of ammunition are acceptable, and what you should expect to wear. All those kinds of etiquette things that you would need to know to visit the range. So reviewing the range rules is very important. It just sets you up for success.
  2. You can expect us to greet and check you in when you arrive. We’re going to ask for a valid ID. You’ll present that to us and give that to us. We’ll keep that while you’re out on the range. We’ll get you set up and get a tab started.
  3. We will get you out to a lane. You’ll want to ensure that while you’re on the lane, you follow all the core fundamental firearm safety rules. That you’re having a great time, having some fun, and being safe.
  4. And then, as you leave, we’ll have a checkout process. If you had a great time, certainly we would love to have a great review. If this is your first time shooting, we would recommend considering training first or setting that up in advance with us. But if you’re already an experienced firearm enthusiast, please feel free to come out.

We look forward to seeing you on the range at Shoot Indoors, our shooting range near Philadelphia
