Severe traumatic injuries result from common occurrences such as an automobile accident and events as unthinkable as a shooting or stabbing as the result of an assault or robbery. This lesson will address the assessment and treatment for a number of trauma emergencies, including severe bleeding in a variety of locations: chest, limbs, and other critical body locations
Important supplies include compression bandages and tourniquets.
This course will present life-saving information combined with hands-on practical exercises for individuals and students to put into practice what is taught and trained in this course.
