He made sure each of us felt confident and comfortable, no matter our skill level. The way he broke things down made it easy to understand and actually apply in real time.
He also gave us excellent recommendations for rentals, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making it a great experience for everyone involved.

The staff at the front desk and RSOs are very professional and respectful. They are also very knowledgeable and are more than willing to impart that knowledgeable in the spur of the moment or more detailed in a 1 on 1 training session. … More They also have the option for members to advance their membership by demonstrating proficiency with your gear and equipment, allowing you to work on drawing from your holster and slinging your rifle which is something that you don't normally see at an indoor range.
The facility is very clean. The air handlers remove all the gas exhausted from firing guns pretty quickly so your not choking on anything in your booth. The controls for the targets are very easy to use and have pre-set distances. After shooting they have sinks with soap available for you to wash your hands. They also clean each of the bays after each user so you have a clean area to set your stuff up. They offer a wide range of guns to rent which are free for members to rent along with a wide variety of targets for you to use depending on what your training.
They also hold regular events for customers and members alike such as classes on shooting and outside of shooting. Additionally they have member only opportunities making the membership worth it even more so. If you shoot more than once a month the membership is worth the cost.
Rules for using the range are simple, straightforward, and pretty much common sense without any of the fuddery you typically find at an indoor range. They are listed on their website, on the waiver you sign, and in the facility.
